MIAMI, FL — An amber alert was issued for Oliver Williams, 3, who was reported missing Saturday from Miami, Florida.
Oliver was last seen wearing a green and yellow "TMNT," or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, shirt; black and green shorts; and multicolored Crocs. His hair is in cornrows.
He may be with an unknown black male who is wearing a baseball cap and an orange shirt, and they could be traveling together in a 2018 gray Hyundai Santa Fe with FL tag number of 34BGWE.
