The nomination reflects Winvest Management's continued work serving rental property owners throughout Miami-Dade County. Based in Downtown Miami, the company manages condos, single-family homes and apartment buildings across communities including Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, Aventura and surrounding areas.

Winvest provides leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, financial reporting and day-to-day tenant support. Its approach combines local market knowledge with responsive communication and transparent property management systems designed to make rental ownership easier.

"We are grateful to be nominated and especially thankful to the clients and community members who have supported us," said the Winvest Management team. "This recognition means a great deal because it comes from the Miami-Dade community we serve every day."

Those who would like to support Winvest Management can vote online through September 4. Voting is quick, and participants may return to vote again as permitted by the Miami-Dade Favorites voting rules.
