Burger King Worker Shoots At Customer In Miami-Dade: Report

A Burger King worker in northwest Miami-Dade County shot at a customer after a dispute on Thursday afternoon, reports said.

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL — A female employee of a Burger King in northwest Miami-Dade County, at 4727 Northwest 167th Street, has been taken into custody after shooting at a customer in the parking lot on Thursday afternoon, according to CBS 4 Miami.

A dispute between the worker and the customer started inside the fast-food restaurant just after 4 p.m. before moving outside the eatery and into the parking lot, according to WSVN.

Once in the parking lot, the burger joint’s employee opened fire on the customer, according to reports.

It’s not known if the customer was injured in the shooting, according to reports.

Jorge K. Gonzalez, an executive producer with CBS 4, tweeted that the victim fled from the scene.

According to WSVN, the windows of a vehicle at the scene were shot out, though it’s not clear if the car was connected to the customer who was shot at or not.
