You're invited to Wellness Collective: A Morning to Pause - a community wellness event hosted by Pause Studio, Coral Gables’ newest destination for recovery and restoration.
Join us outdoors at The Plaza for a rejuvenating morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection featuring Miami’s top fitness studios, signature Pause recovery treatments, and a curated selection of wellness brand activations.
What to Expect:
Complimentary mini sessions of Pause’s signature treatments — cold plunge, compression therapy, IV vitamin shots, and cooling towels
Outdoor fitness classes led by top local studios and trainers
