Stag’s Leap Wine Dinner at CARBONE VINO Coconut Grove

On Tuesday, May 12, CARBONE VINO Coconut Grove will partner with Stag's Leap Wine Cellar’s very own winemaker, Marcus Notaro, for an exclusive tasting experience and four-course prix-fixe dinner celebrating the Judgement of Paris 50th Anniversary.

Beginning with passed canapés at 6:30 PM, followed by a seated dinner in CARBONE VINO’s Wine Room at 7 PM, the evening is priced at $250 per person and will showcase vintages dating back to 2008, with a special focus on the Stag’s Leap Vineyard, paired with CARBONE VINO’s signature dishes including Mozzarella en Carozza, Prosciutto e Pera, Mario’s Meatballs, Veal Parmigiana, and Potatoes Louie.
