On August 26, we return to Do Not Sit On The Furniture for our 3 Year Anniversary and our first gathering since June.
For the occasion, we’re bringing together a lineup full of familiar faces — artists who have continuously brought something special to Intriga and delivered incredible music on our dance floors. Having them back with us felt like the right way to mark three years.
This one is a celebration of everyone who has been part of the journey.
Intriga started three years ago as an idea.
Actually, it started as a business pitch put together on the fly. An idea for a night centered around the music we loved and the kind of experience we wanted to create in Miami.
Then people showed up.
One night became another. DJs believed in it and brought their sound into our rooms. Friends brought friends. People who arrived as strangers became familiar faces on the dance floor. Somewhere along the way, that little idea became Intriga.
Three years later, we’re still learning, still growing and still finding new ways to bring people together through music.
August 26 is for the DJs who have shared the booth with us, the people who supported the idea from the beginning, the ravers who stayed until the lights came on and every music lover who has found their way onto an Intriga dance floor.
You helped turn an idea into something real.
Three years later, we get to celebrate how far it has come while staying exactly where Intriga has always belonged:
in the present moment.

On Friday, August 28th, YASU Omakase will welcome Shichiken Sake, a historic Japanese brewery from Yamanashi, Chef Yasu Tanaka’s hometown in Japan, for a one-night-only 10-course omakase paired with five sake selections.&nbsp;

The collaboration draws on Tanaka’s personal connection to Shichiken and their shared roots in Yamanashi. For the evening, Tanaka will feature rare selections hand-carried from Japan, including the brewery’s celebrated sparkling sake and bottles not typically available in Miami. Crafted with pure, soft water from the Japanese Southern Alps, the sake’s clean, refined profile will complement Tanaka’s precise approach to omakase, centered on pristine seafood flown directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market alongside premium Florida fish, progressing from delicate otsumami to expertly prepared nigiri.

The evening will be limited to two intimate seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM, accommodating just 8-9 guests each, and priced at $395 per person. Each guest will also receive an exclusive gift from the Shichiken brewery to commemorate the collaboration.
