FL Man Hits 100 MPH Taking Girlfriend To Taco Bell Interview: Police
Palm Bay police found three children in a car after pulling over a driver who hit 100 mph on the way to Taco Bell, according to authorities.

PALM BAY, FL — A Florida man is facing several charges after police said he drove nearly 100 mph in a 40 mph zone to get his girlfriend to a job interview at Taco Bell, according to authorities.
An arrest affidavit provided by Palm Bay police said Jevon Jackson, 22, of North Lauderdale, was pulled over Tuesday after an officer in an unmarked patrol car saw him driving recklessly in a no-passing zone and nearly collide with a dump truck in the area of De Groodt Road and Gates Street.
When police tried to stop Jackson, authorities said he passed another vehicle in a no-passing zone before eventually pulling over.

After authorities pulled over Jackson, they found three children also in the car, according to reports.
During the stop, authorities said Jackson readily police he was speeding in order to get his girlfriend to a job interview at Taco Bell. Police also said Jackson was driving with a suspended license.

Jackson was arrested and charged with reckless driving and child neglect and taken to Brevard County Jail, according to police.
