It happened Wednesday around 3:30 p.m. inside a nail salon where Ives Dairy Road meets N.E. 2nd Avenue.
"Possibly two subjects dressed in dark clothing, entered the business, approached the victim, shot the victim, and then fled," said Miami-Dade police Officer Alvaro Zabaleta.
