Miami Area Restaurants Open on Thanksgiving

With Thanksgiving coming up like a turkey on a skateboard in South Beach, it’s time to make reservations if you plan on giving your cook the day off or if you simply dread that tryptophan hangover from a week’s worth of turkey leftovers.

While time is running out to finalize plans, there’s no need to panic — yet.

Patch has compiled the following list of area restaurants that will be open on Thanksgiving.

• 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar in Miami is offering a holiday menu “accompanied by bubbles.”
• Bocce in Miami is offering a traditional holiday menu along with a la carte specials. The restaurant also offers catering if you would prefer to stay home for your holiday gathering.
• 94th Aero Squadron near Miami International Airport in Miami will host a champagne brunch buffet with live entertainment from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A traditional holiday dinner will be served from 5:30-11 p.m.
• Atrio Restaurant & Wine Room in Miami will host a three-course family-style holiday lunch or dinner with complimentary valet parking.
• Brasserie Azur in midtown Miami will be serving a traditional holiday menu.
• The Capital Grille in Miami is offering a holiday menu along with the restaurant’s regular menu.
• Crust in downtown Miami is offering a three-course meal for $34.95 per pilgrim between 5-10 p.m.
• db Bistro Moderne Miami downtown is offering a three-course holiday menu that features dishes such as roast turkey and pumpkin agnolotti for $65 per pilgrim and $35 for pilgrims 11 and under.
• Morton’s The Steakhouse in downtown Miami will be open from 1-9 p.m.
• Novecento — Brickell in Miami is offering a four-course menu for $42 per pilgrim. The price includes sodas, coffee and a glass of wine or sangria.
• Novecento — Midtown in Miami is offering a four-course menu for $42 per pilgrim. The price includes sodas, coffee and a glass of wine or sangria.
• Plant Food + Wine Miami in the Wynwood section is offering special holiday selections.
• Rosa Mexicano — Brickell is offering pumpkin soup garnished with pomegranate and toasted pumpkin seeds along with a traditional holiday menu.
• Rosa Mexicano — South Beach is offering pumpkin soup garnished with pomegranate and toasted pumpkin seeds along with a traditional holiday menu.
• Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne is offering a holiday buffet featuring a sushi raw bar, rosemary crusted leg of lamb, whole roasted turkey, garlic crusted prime rib from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $85 per pilgrim and $30 per little pilgrim. Tax and gratuity are extra.
• Shula’s Steak House in Miami Lakes will offer a three-course holiday menu for $39.95 per pilgrim and $15.95 per little pilgrim along with the restaurant’s regular menu.
• Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse — Miami is offering a traditional holiday menu for $49 per pilgrim and $20 per little pilgrim. The price includes starters, main course and dessert. The regular menu is also available.
• Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill Miami is offering holiday specials with a twist, including a maple glazed roasted breast and smoked turkey leg accompanied by cornbread grits and French green beans.
• Texas de Brazil — Miami Dadeland is offering a traditional holiday menu along with the restaurant’s Brazilian-style churrasco and gourmet salad bar.
• Texas de Brazil — Miami Dolphin is offering a traditional holiday menu along with the restaurant’s Brazilian-style churrasco and gourmet salad bar.
• Tony Roma’s — Doral is offering a three-course holiday menu that includes turkey, baby back ribs, grilled salmon and steak for $29 per pilgrim and $16 per little pilgrim from 12-8 p.m.
• Vagabond Kitchen and Bar in Miami is offering a four-course holiday menu for $45 per pilgrim and $20 per pilgrim 12 and under. The regular dinner menu will also be available.
