Miami Beach Hotel Manager Inappropriately Touched Tourist: Report
55-year-old Anthony Banderas was charged with battery after touching an inebriated guest at Waldorf Towers Hotel, reports said.
MIAMI BEACH, FL — A Miami Beach hotel manager faces charges after inappropriately touching a tourist at the Room Mate Waldorf Towers Hotel, Local 10 reported.
Anthony Banderas, 55, followed two women who were having drinks at the hotel bar back to their room when the victim became ill. He brought ice to their room, pretending to be there to help them, reports said.
When one of the women fell asleep, Banderas removed the bathing suit top of the other woman, a college student from Texas, despite her asking him to stop and inappropriately touched her.

According to the police report, the victim felt that Banderas “was overpowering her,” WSVN reported.
When she FaceTimed her boyfriend, the hotel manager stopped touching her and ran off before police were called, reports said.

Banderas was arrested and charged with battery, bonding out of the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in West Miami-Dade County.
