MIAMI—The City of Miami announced two locations for residents to pick up sandbags in anticipation of heavy rain from Tropical Depression Fred.
Sandbags will be available Friday, Aug. 13 beginning at noon.

The National Weather Service says there is a potential for moderate flooding rain, tornadoes, and winds from 39-57 miles per hour starting late Friday.
