Miami Will Follow Normal Trash Schedule On Friday

City officials said that they are following a regular trash schedule on Friday Nov. 10.

MIAMI, FL — The city of Miami will provide regular trash pickup on Friday, Nov. 10. Officials said that residents should put out their garbage, bulky trash and recycling as they normally would. Residents can also dispose of their bulky items at the Department of Solid Waste, Mini Dump facility on Friday.

"Residents whose garbage, bulky trash and recycle are always collected on Friday should place their items out as they usually do," according to city officials.

Residents are reminded to place garbage, recycle carts and bulky trash out in front of their home on the public right of way and away from phones/cable/electric lines, trees, utility poles, fire hydrants, fences, vehicles and 5 feet away from any structure.

Residents can dispose of their bulky items at the Department of Solid Waste, Mini Dump Facility which will also be open on Friday at 1290 NW 20th Street from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Proof of city of Miami residency is required.
