Plane Landed On South FL Sidewalk: Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Dept.
A small single-engine plane landed on a sidewalk in Parkland Monday, the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department said.

PARKLAND, FL — A small single-engine plane crashed on a sidewalk in Parkland Monday, landing near Hillsboro Boulevard and Nob Hill Road, the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department wrote in a Facebook post.
The single-engine Cessna C-150 plane with an XFlight Aeronautical Services logo on it, which took off from Pompano Beach Airpark, made the emergency landingaround 3:30 p.m. after having engine trouble, WSVN reported.
"I have an aircraft in distress ... about 10 miles northwest of Pompano," an air traffic control dispatcher told 911, according to NBC Miami "It's a green Cessna that may be landing on the road."

Both occupants were able to get out of the plane uninjured, the fire department said.
