Spring Break Begins Monday for Miami-Dade Schools
School resumes on April 17 for Miami-Dade public schools but let's not think about that.
MIAMI, FL — Spring break for Miami-Dade public school students starts on Monday April 10 and runs through Friday April 14.
"Students and employees, with the exception of Miami-Dade Schools Police, will be on recess for the week," explained schools spokeswoman Daisy Gonzalez-Diego.
Schools will reopen on Monday April 17.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools is the fourth largest school district in the United States with 392 schools, 345,000 students and more than 40,000 employees.
