‘Unruly Juveniles’ Shut Down Streets Near Biscayne Marketplace: MPD

A large fight broke out among teens Monday night near Miami's Biscayne Marketplace area, reports said.

MIAMI, FL — “A large crowd of unruly juveniles” have prompted the Miami Police Department to shut down some streets around Biscayne Marketplace Monday night, the agency posted to X, formerly Twitter, around 10:20 p.m.

Some lanes on Biscayne Boulevard between 2nd and 4th streets are closed, police said. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.

A large fight among teens, some armed “with some kind kind of sticks,”was reported in the area, according to Local 10 News.
