Last year Floridians were glued to their computer screens to witness the birth of an American Eagle over the holidays.

FORT MYERS, FL — Eagle Cam is back. Harriet and M15 laid another egg on Sunday, Nov. 19. Floridians were glued to their computer screens over the holidays last year to witness the birth of an American Eagle. The eaglet arrived on New Year's Eve day while a second egg was deemed not viable.
"The first look is always the most special! Congrats Harriet & M on your first egg, laid today at 3:24 p.m. ET," the Southwest Florida Eagle Cam organization announced via Facebook on Sunday.
The proud papa could be seen leaving the nest and returning with grass, according to operators of cameras that are live streaming the birth.
