Investigators link him to a South of Fifth confrontation involving rifles, handguns, and a luxury car, with one alleged accomplice already arrested and both cases pending in Miami-Dade court.

The plea deal requires forfeiting about $37.5 million, including a U.S. Virgin Islands condo and multiple vehicles, ahead of a November sentencing that could bring prison time and heavy fines.
