Brazen Motorcycle Thieves Walked Right Into Condo Garage

Two suspects made off with a red, white and blue Honda motorcycle.

MIAMI BEACH, FL — Police are looking for two brazen motorcycle thieves who walked into a Collins Avenue condominium garage and stole a red, white and blue Honda motorcycle with multi-color lights on the wheels.

The incident occurred at 4:30 a.m. on January 28 in the 2600 block of Collins Avenue.

"Surveillance video shows a Dodge Charger enter the garage and moments later leave. It is believed the occupants were canvassing the building as they are observed circling the block a few times," according to Ernesto Rodriguez of the Miami Beach Police Department. "Shortly after, two subjects walk into the garage, one subject exits on foot, the other exits riding the stolen motorcycle."

Police said that the garage was protected by an electronic gate that was broken. It was not clear if the thieves broke the gate.
