For one night, over 18&nbsp;musicians and sound healers will take over the sacred grounds of the Ancient Spanish Monastery — activating the cloisters, stone courtyards, labyrinth, fountains, gardens, and chapter house with immersive sound.
This 900-year-old monastery, originally built in Europe and reconstructed stone-by-stone in North Miami, becomes the setting for Miami’s first large-scale Sound Bath Festival.
From 4:30–8:00 PM, guests move freely between:

At 8:00 PM, all featured healers unite in the Center Stone Square for the Grand 1111 Gong Ceremony and collective sound activation.

Join <a href="https://www.orchestramiami.org/cuba-mi-amor" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Orchestra Miami</a> as we pay tribute to the masters of Cuban song—Ernesto Lecuona, Sanchez de Fuentes, and more—in an evening celebrating the passion and beauty of Cuba’s musical heritage. Renowned soprano Eglise Gutiérrez joins Orchestra Miami for this unforgettable program of Cuban classics and beloved favorites, performed by the String Ensemble of Orchestra Miami under the direction of Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi.
Internationally renowned soprano Eglise Gutierrez is one of her generation's foremost interpreters of Cuban song. Enjoy favorites such as Siboney, la salida de Maria La O, Mi vida eres tú, Tu Habanera, Corazón y much mas!

The Fillmore Miami Beach

The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami (CCBM) under the artistic direction of Eriberto Jimenez, will present Le Corsaire Suite. This enchanting ballet is based on Lord Byron’s epic poem written in 1814, a romantic story of pirates, maidens, slave merchants, and pashas. 

The Suite is a compilation of the most beloved scenes from the full-length ballet, including:

Pas d’Esclave,
Grand Pas de Trois des Odalisques
Le Corsaire Pas de Deux
&amp; More

The first performance of Le Corsaire as a ballet was in 1837 at the King's Theatre in London, with choreography by François Albert and music by Nicholas Bochsa. The ballet was later reworked by Joseph Mazilier, whose version premiered in 1856 with music by Adolphe Adam at the Paris Opera, achieving unexpected success. In 1858, Jules Perrot adapted the story again, adding several new dances later on choreographer Marius Petipa created several versions between 1863 and 1899.
