Shuffle Lab brings its signature dance-meets-wellness experience to The Gates Hotel South Beach for a special Neon Bloom Cardio Party on Saturday, April 18, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The feel-good morning features a beginner-friendly shuffle class (no experience needed), a live DJ set by SUNNY D and curated wellness activations, including massage gun sessions by Dr. Justin, drinks by Kenetik, protein pops from Crave Clean, matcha from Valentine’s Matcha and electrolytes from BodyHealth.
