Double Knot Miami

Double Knot is partnering with The Dead Flamingo for a two-night bartender exchange. Blending refined Japanese-inspired mixology with The Dead Flamingo's unapologetically bold spirit, the two destinations are coming together to debut an inventive lineup of craft cocktails. For two-nights only, guests will be able to experience the exclusive cocktail menu at both venues. On September 2, Double Knot bartenders will take over The Dead Flamingo from 10:00pm-1:00am. The following evening on September 3, The Dead Flamingo will return the favor, bringing the cocktail program to Double Knot from 7:00pm-10:00pm.

Some nights are meant to be experienced. The Sweet Affair is an intimate evening designed around the art of meeting, dining, conversing, and discovering someone—or something—you didn't expect.
Beginning with a limited-seating private three-course dinner from 7–9 PM, guests are welcomed into an intentionally curated environment where elevated dining meets thoughtful conversation. Each dinner guest receives a complimentary cocktail or champagne flute, an exclusive sponsored goodie bag, and access to Chroma Co.'s curated conversation experience.
At 9 PM, the evening opens to Social Hour, transforming Serafina into a late-night playground for connection, cocktails, music, and discovery until 1 AM.
Guests can explore guided experiences including matchmaking, tarot / palm readings, and curated conversation prompts designed to create opportunities for meaningful introductions.

Sweet Affair isn't a dating event. Connection can mean chemistry, friendship, creative collaboration, business, networking, or simply meeting someone who makes the night more interesting. Our matchmaking experience is an invitation—not an expectation.
