MIAMI BEACH, FL — City officials will host a three-hour condo workshop on Wednesday afternoon.
The event will focus on condominium elections, rules, official records and board member certifications.
Hosted by the City of Miami Beach and presented by the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Division of Condominiums, Bureau of Compliance, the event takes place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Miami Beach City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Dr. in the Commission Chambers.
