MIAMI BEACH — A 29-year-old man is facing charges related to an unusual case of what police describe as cellphone video voyeurism.
When Miami Beach police confronted Andres Marcelo Jurado earlier this week in the 1400 block of Lenox Avenue, he replied: "I do this every Sunday," according to an arrest complaint.
Jurado of the 700 block of West 50th Street in Miami Beach was charged with one count of video voyeurism on Monday.
