Miami Beach: Great Place To Buy A Used Car?

MIAMI BEACH, FL — Known for its sizzling beaches and pulsating nightlife, Miami Beach is also a great place to get a deal on a used car — and more specifically, a Subaru Outback, according to a new study. Automotive buyer intelligence firm, Autolist.com ranked Miami Beach as the second most affordable city in Florida to buy a used vehicle on Black Friday. The company aggregates listings from hundreds of different sites and apps in building its online inventory.

The top five most affordable cities in Florida to purchase a used car during Black Friday:

1. Wellington — $1,124 below the Florida average
2. Miami Beach — $1,080 below the Florida average
3. Palm Beach Gardens — $1,009 below the Florida average
4. The Hammocks — $936 below the Florida average
5. Cutler Bay — $926 below the Florida average

The study analyzed more than 83 million vehicles and 4.8 billion unique data points across vehicles nationwide to arrive at its findings.

"In Miami Beach specifically, the study found that the Subaru Outback is the most affordable vehicle to purchase, with prices $1,897 below Florida's average," according to Autolist.com.

Here are the top five vehicles that you can save the most on in Miami Beach:

1. Subaru Outback
2. Chevrolet Silverado 1500
3. Chevrolet Tahoe
4. BMW 2 Series
5. BMW 3 Series

"These vehicles exhibit average savings between $1,897 and $1,688 off average prices in Florida," the website reported.

The study also found that the most affordable vehicles across Florida averaged a $1,979 to $1,874 savings compared to the national average.
