Miami Beach Massage Therapist Charged With Sexual Assault
A 30-year-old massage therapist is accused of sexually assaulting a female client at a Miami Beach spa earlier this month.
MIAMI BEACH, FL — A 30-year-old massage therapist is accused of sexually assaulting a female client at a Miami Beach spa earlier this month. Dominic Abosi was charged with sexual battery after the woman complained to police following the Dec. 6 incident. The incident occurred at the Tao Spa.
According to court documents, Abosi sexually assaulted the woman with his hand about 20 minutes into the afternoon massage. The spa is located at 1000 West Ave. Abosi lives in the same building.
"The victim stated that she told the defendant to stop at which time the subject stopped," according to court documents. "The victim advised that she was in fear and shock and continued the massage."

The victim contacted police the next day.
