Miami Beach Owner Of Escort Service Charged With Tax Fraud
If convicted Dennis Zarudny faces three years in prison for each of the eight counts.

MIAMI BEACH, FL — A Miami Beach man who owns an escort service has been charged with tax fraud. Thirty-nine-year-old Dennis Zarudny was charged on Tuesday with making and subscribing a false tax return and a related offense. Federal prosecutors said he owns the Elite Escort Service which is marketed as a “prestigious escort agency providing 24 hour out-call escort services & adult entertainment for upscale gentlemen and couples in South Florida.”
The charges were announced on Wednesday by Acting U.S. Attorney Benjamin G. Greenberg and Special Agent in Charge Kelly R. Jackson of the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation.
If convicted, Zarudny faces three years in prison for each of the eight counts. He also faces a period of supervised release, restitution and monetary penalties.

"The indictment further alleges that from 2011 through 2014, Zarudny filed with the IRS fraudulent corporate and personal income tax returns that under reported his business gross receipts and the income he earned from the business," according to federal prosecutors.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Joshua S. Rothstein and Trial Attorney Grace Albinson of the Tax Division.
