Miami Patch's Featured Cocktail: White Peach Sangria.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH — This is a Miami-cool take on an old favorite, which is why Patch selected Gili's white peach sangria as a featured cocktail.

Of course you can always ask one of the bartenders at Gili's Beach Club to make you one of these babies as you ponder life at the establishment's outdoor bar with a view of the beach.

If you go, plan to spend $13 by the glass and $45 for a pitcher.

White Peach Sangria

• 1 oz Leblon cachaça
• 1/2 oz peach liquor
• 1 oz fresh orange juice
• 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 3 oz white wine
• 2 bar spoons of seasonal fruit medley
• 1 bar spoon of white sugar

1. In a shaker, muddle the fruit and sugar to break them down into smaller pieces.
2. To the shaker, add ice and pour in the wine, cachaça, peach liquor and juices.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour in a glass and top with ice.
5. Garnish with an orange wheel and a strawberry.
