Miramar Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Child Exploitation Charges (justice.gov) — A 23-year-old Miramar resident has pleaded guilty in federal court to serious online child exploitation charges, with sentencing set for November 23 in Gainesville. Investigators say he targeted a 12-year-old and contacted more than 30 minors across social media. Parents in Miramar are urged to stay vigilant about children's online activity as federal authorities stress ongoing enforcement efforts.
