2 Injured in U.S. 19 Motorcycle Crash
The accident happened at the intersection of Darlington Road Wednesday morning.

Two people were hospitalized following a Wednesday morning crash along U.S. 19 at Darlington Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 2015 Mazda SUV driven by Michelle Perrini, 38, of Holiday was making a left-hand turn onto Darlington around 1 a.m. when she traveled into the path of an oncoming motorcycle.
The bike, driven by Jason Boling, 31, of St. Petersburg, was struck and ran off the road. Boling and his passenger were both thrown, troopers said.

Boling suffered serious injuries and was taken to Bayonet Point hospital. His passenger, a 31-year-old woman from Athol, Mass., suffered critical injuries. Troopers say she was also taken to Bayonet Point for treatment. Perrini was not injured in the crash.
Charges are pending further investigation. The passenger’s name has not yet been released.
