Accused Pasco Carjacker Arrested in Largo
The Cadillac swiped from an elderly Port Richey woman Thursday has also been recovered.

A 26-year-old New Port Richey woman was arrested in Largo early Friday morning after deputies in Pasco say she carjacked an elderly woman.
Amber Rae Arnesen was brought into custody around 3:30 a.m. after Largo Police caught up with her in the 500 block of Belcher Road. Police also recovered the 2003 Cadillac Deville that was reported stolen in the Thursday crime.
The case against Arnesen began to unfold Thursday morning when an 83-year-old woman was carjacked in a Port Richey Publix parking lot. Pasco County deputies say the elderly woman was putting groceries in her vehicle in the 7037 Ridge Road parking lot when she was approached by another woman. The women, deputies say, ultimately took the victim’s car keys and fled in her Cadillac.
