This summer, the revolution begins in New Port Richey. Richey Suncoast Theatre proudly presents "1776 The Musical," running from July 16 through July 19, 2026. 
With a book by Peter Stone and music by Sherman Edwards, this Broadway classic brings the summer of 1776 to life as John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin fight to sign the Declaration of Independence.

Richey Suncoast Theatre (RST) is proud to announce the fifth week of its 2026 Summer Camp series: "The Greatest Showman" Musical Theatre Camp. Designed for performers aged 10–15, this immersive week-long program runs from July 27–31, 2026. 
Campers will dive into "The Greatest Camp on Earth," with daily sessions running from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday–Thursday). The curriculum covers the full spectrum of theatre, from group acting and improvisation to technical demonstrations in set, costume, and prop design. 
The week reaches its crescendo on Friday, July 31, with an extended day until 5:00 PM featuring a final performance followed by a celebratory Pizza &amp; Karaoke Party.
