Chocolate Making Class Tuesday June 10th at 11am

Chocolate Classes are a 2 hour Hands-on session that allow you to be creative, have fun, and best of all – You get to take home everything you make.. that’s up to 2 pounds of chocolate!

Classes are available for all age levels, no experience is required and begins with a background story of Michelle Palisi and how she began her chocolate covered career in 1984! Michelle always makes the classes a fun learning event. A chocolate party with Chocolates by Michelle is an event that is unforgettable!

Michelle, the chocolatier herself, will personally teach you how to make peanut butter cups and fudge, techniques of chocolate molding and the dipping process of black & white cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, potato chips, pretzels, Oreos®, marshmallows, rice krispies, cherries, strawberries, bacon, twinkies®, apricots, and much more.

Each person will receive a “Gimme Chocolate Award” in recognition for completing the class. You'll also receive Michelle's special recipe cards. Classes are available in the store, as well as on-location for group parties.
