After a long stretch of hot, humid, rainy days, it appears Tampa Bay is about to get a little break.
The National Weather Service is forecasting a fairly nice weekend ahead.
While Friday still brings a 50 percent chance for scattered storms during the overnight hours, things do start to dry out over the weekend. Saturday’s daytime 40 percent chance of rain clears out overnight when the forecast calls for mostly clear conditions. Sunday is expected to deliver sunny conditions throughout the day and mostly clear weather overnight.
