Driver Trapped In Burning Car Rescued By Deputies: Video
This video shows officers rescuing a driver from a burning car. The sheriff's office share it to show the dangers deputies face every day.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — Pasco County sheriff's deputies are never sure what each shift will bring.
Just after midnight on Dec. 29, District 1 deputies found themselves on the Suncoast Parkway at the State Road 52 overpass, responding to a car crash.
A woman driver was trapped inside a car that was balancing precariously on a guardrail at the underpass and was on fire.

Since Pasco Fire Rescue hadn't yet arrived on the scene, the deputies used three fire extinguishers to attempt to put out the fire, but the flames flared back each time, drawing closer to the trapped woman.
Realizing it was a matter of moments before the fire reached her, deputies used all their strength to bend the badly damaged driver’s side door down enough to pull the driver out of the car.

While this video includes a language warning, the sheriff's office wanted to share it with the public to show the dangers deputies face every day.
"We’re proud of their selfless efforts to ensure the driver made it out of the car alive," said Sheriff Chris Nocco.
