About the Authors: Rev. Dr. Nancy Philips and Rev. Matthew Haupt of the World School, a nonprofit organization whose mission includes educating the public about natural ways of health and wellness. Philips and Haupt are its founders and directors, and are spouses. Philips is a counselor and retired university professor with a Ph.D. in educational psychology. Haupt is a universal energy healer and a master horticulturist. They founded "America’s Wellness Network," "National Wellness Week," and "America’s Wellness Fairs." National Wellness Week is celebrated every year the week of October 4, when Americans are encouraged to take the time to devote to improving the wellness of themselves and their families.
