Use plastic grocery bags and old magazines and newspapers to make something beautiful! In honor of Earth Day, we’ll be transforming these items from yesterday’s trash to today’s fashion. Make your own jewelry to take home. We’ll also be making additional beads for the “Earth Day in New Port Richey” event taking place on Saturday, April 21st in the library courtyard. Reduce the amount of items you throw away and make some one-of-a-kind accessories while you’re at it! Jewelry craft program will be held on Tuesday, April 17th, from 4-5:30pm. Recommended for ages 9 and up.
