The Animal Care Center of Pasco County presents its annual "Get Fit With Your Pet" Walk with educational booths, raffles, prizes, refreshments for dogs and owners, a dog Halloween-costume contest, and a "Smooch the Pooch" event.
To receive a smooch from a friendly pooch, donate a pet-care item such as canned or dry cat or dog food, treats, towels, blankets, bleach, pet toys, trash bags, or copy paper, organizers say.
