The West Pasco Art Guild is so excited to invite you to our second annual "Ice Cream Social" on Saturday, September 10 from 1 to 4 PM at the WPAG Guild/Gallery at the corner of 6206 Jefferson Street and Missouri in downtown New Port Richey. Homemade Ice Cream will be provided by the Market on Main Street for a donation of $2 a scoop including cookies.
Saturday, wander into our gallery and see the beautiful works of art for sale by our local talented award winning artist!!
You will see our “Come September” Art Show, a wonderful display of what the membership has been working on all summer. Paintings will be displayed in different mediums of watercolors, oils, pastels, acrylics, jewelry, matted prints, cards, pottery and ceramics.

WEST PASCO ART GUILD PORTRAIT STUDIO
Ever wanted to give your portrait and figure painting skills some needed practice? The West Pasco Art Guild and Suncoast Artists, an award-winning group of professional artists, have teamed up to offer local artists the opportunity to improve their portrait and figure painting skills every Wednesday afternoon at the Guild studio in New Port Richey. All artists are invited. No skill level is required. The open painting session offers live, clothed models of all ages, arranged in interesting and different poses each week, dramatic lighting to enhance the setting, and background music designed to create serenity and creativity. Each artist works at his or her own pace. As an open studio, no teacher is present but a collegial and supportive atmosphere is encouraged allowing for a comfortable exchange of artistic ideas during pose breaks. The sessions last from 12:45 PM to 3:00 PM every Wednesday afternoon except holidays. Guild membership is required. Artists pay a modest fee to cover studio use and model costs. Easels are available on site.
