The Progress Energy Heart Gallery of Pinellas and Pasco photo exhibit will be on display at the New Port Richey Recreation and Aquatics Center, through February 4th. This heartwarming display features photos of local foster children in need of permanent homes. In addition to photos, patrons will learn about each child's personal journey, background as well as their hopes and dreams for the future.
