Five Steps to a Regular Walking Program

It's spring. Go out and enjoy it.

Now that spring is here, the excuses for not getting out in the fresh air are melting away. Our bodies were meant to move, and the health benefits of walking are many. Here are some things that might give you a little push out the door:

5. Walk with a buddy. This helps you stick to a regular program of exercise and is encourages both of you take the most difficult step of all - the one that takes you off the couch, and out your own front door.
