Hudson Man Killed In Head-On Crash On Pasco County Road

PASCO COUNTY, FL — A Hudson man died Friday night in a head-on crash on Bellamy Brothers Boulevard in Pasco County, according to state police.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the crash happened shortly before 6:20 p.m. According to police, a Chevy Malibu driven by a 38-year-old Spring Hill woman was driving north on Bellamy Brothers Boulevard when her car crossed the center line south of Miller Road and struck a southbound Chrysler Town & Country head-on.

Following the collision, the Malibu stopped in the southbound lanes while the Town & Country rotated to the shoulder and overturned.

The 34-year-old Hudson man, a passenger in the Malibu, died at the scene. The driver of the Malibu also suffered serious injuries, police said.

The driver of the Town & Country — a 39-year-old Dade City man — suffered minor injuries, according to authorities.
