Identity Of Woman Killed In State Road 52 Crash Released
The fatal accident that claimed the life of a 77-year-old New Port Richey woman happened Wednesday afternoon.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol has released the name of a New Port Richey woman killed in a Wednesday crash on State Road 52 at Point Boulevard.
Troopers say Judith Roka, 77, was killed when her Ford Taurus collided with a Chrysler 300 driven by Christopher Rivenburg, 39, of Hudson.
According to a patrol report, the crash occurred around 2 p.m. March 30. Roka stopped her Taurus, facing north on Point Boulevard, at the intersection of State Road 52. At that time, Rivenburg was heading east on State Road 52 in the center lane nearing the intersection.

Roka, the report said, attempted to turn left onto State Road 52 and crossed the path of Rivenburg’s Chrysler. The two vehicles collided.
Roka suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene, the patrol said.

Rivenburg suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bayonet Point Hospital for treatment.
Charges in the accident are pending further investigation.
