Pasco County Sheriff’s Deputies are trying to unravel just what happened inside a home on Hatteras Drive in Hudson.

Deputies conducted a welfare check at the 7719 Hatteras Drive home on Thursday and discovered “multiple bodies,” according Melanie Snow, sheriff’s office spokeswoman. They also found that Ismael Santisteban, 4, was missing from the home. The child was last seen on Aug. 28 when deputies investigated an earlier incident at the home, Snow said.

Few details are available at this time, but Snow said it’s possible the child is with a man named Adam Matos, 28. Matos is known to drive a 1991 blue Ford pickup truck and is a person of interest in both the homicides and the child’s disappearance, Snow said.

Police are circulating a photograph of Matos, but do not have a picture of Santisteban at this time, Snow said. Anyone with information on the whereabouts Matos or the child is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 727-847-8102.

No other details are available at this time.
