Pasco Arrests, Fires 2nd Deputy in 2 Weeks
This time the man stands accused of tampering with evidence.

It’s been just over a week since the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest and termination of a deputy charged in a sexual battery case.
On Thursday, deputies once again arrested one of their own. This time the deputy is accused of tampering with physical evidence.
Frederic Vetter, 44, was arrested Thursday afternoon. The sheriff’s office has stated he has since been fired.

Details in the case are still emerging and are anticipated to be released Friday afternoon.
Last week, Deputy Carlos Xavier Lopez, 41, was arrested after being accused of sexually battering a woman while on duty and in uniform. The woman had called the sheriff’s office for help on Halloween night.
