NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -- A New Port Richey man is facing domestic aggravated battery charges after reportedly beating up his brother who told him to lower his voice while speaking on the phone.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, around 1:50 p.m. on New Year's Eve, Michael Wayne Bodessa, 65, of Ogalala Street went onto his front porch to take a phone call. During the call, his brother, Anthony, came out of the home and told him to quiet down.
Michael Bodessa told deputies he took offense since he was allowing his brother to stay with him after recently relocating from Wisconsin. The fight became physical although the two men don't remember who threw the first punch.
