Pasco Sheriff Seeks Man Suspected In 2 Robberies
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a man they believe committed an attempted robbery and a robbery Monday, June 4.
NEW PORT RICHEY, FL β The Pasco County Sheriffβs Office is on the lookout for a man they believe committed an attempted robbery and a robbery Monday, June 4, just minutes apart.
According to the sheriffβs office, at about noon a white man approached an elderly woman in the parking lot at the Walmart Marketplace at 8745 Little Road in New Port Richey and tried to grab her purse. The woman resisted and the man fled. He drove away in a white four-door car, possibly a Toyota Camry.
At 12:10 p.m., deputies believe the same man entered the Dollar General Store at 6445 Massachusetts Ave. in New Port Richey, a short distance from the Walmart Marketplace.

Once inside, the man robbed the store and fled in a car similar to the one seen at the Walmart Marketplace.
The man is in his 50s or 60s with white or salt-and-pepper wavy hair. He was wearing a black hat, white collar shirt with an unknown logo, dark pants and a bracelet or watch on his right wrist.
