Pasco Substitute Teacher Arrested

He's accused of lewd and lascivious battery on a 14-year-old girl.

SPRING HILL, FL — The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a man it says had illegal relations with a teenage girl.

According to the agency, Brian Anthony Germani, 20, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a girl who was 14 years old at the time. An arrest report states the two met for sexual encounters on numerous occasions between July and December of last year.

On Feb. 1, the victim participated in a recorded phone conversation with Germani. During that call, the two discussed their sexual activity and Germani is accused of instructing the teen to tell her family she was lying about their encounters since the news could “ruin his life,” the report stated.
