Port Richey Man Dies From Injuries Following Rollover Crash

PORT RICHEY, FL — A 55-year-old Port Richey man has died from injuries he suffered Saturday after his SUV crashed into a ditch and he was thrown out.

The accident occurred at 1:53 p.m. as the man was driving south on Scenic Drive, north of Fox Hollow Drive. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the SUV lost control at a curve in the road, crashed into a ditch and overturned.

The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt was thrown out of the SUV.
