Prowler Peeping In New Port Richey Windows, Police Say
New Port Richey Police are trying to catch a man that has been spotted looking into two homes over the past few days.

New Port Richey, FL – The New Port Richey Police Department is looking for help identifying a man its officers say has been peeping in windows.
According to the agency, the man has been connected to two separate incidents that took place just before 5 a.m. on Wednesday. In both incidents, the man was seen looking into victims’ homes.
“During one of the incidents, the subject was observed with one of his hands inside his pant area,” an email from the police department said. “One of the victims confronted the subject and during her interaction she was able to ascertain the subject spoke with a Spanish accent.”

The man in question was riding a bicycle, police say.
