Student Artists Featured in Art Gallery
Seven Springs and Hudson Middle school students display artwork at Progress Energy Art Gallery in Historic Downtown.
The hosted a display of local Pasco County middle school students’ artwork Tuesday.
The students involved were from Seven Springs and Hudson Middle Schools. The artists were recognized as students with learning disabilities, so the opportunity to have their work displayed in a professional gallery was special for the teachers, parents, sponsors, and most importantly, the students.
Not only is the artwork being displayed here in New Port Richey’s art gallery, but it will also be traveling to Tallahassee.

The artwork ranged from sponge paint to collages and digitized pieces. Among some of the art features a view on the Pearl Harbor attacks in 1945. They had an entire hallway dedicated to their work.
